Professional Beauty Makeup Awards at the ExCel London

On the 2nd March 2025 I participated in the Professional Beauty Magazine  beauty awards in the makeup competition at the ExCel in London and my award winning city bride makeup look took 1st place in the  Professional Bridal Makeup category. I am so proud to be able to call myself an award winning makeup artist.

It was a fantastic experience for me, my model Emelia and her proud mum Emily.  I would like to thank my mentor Gabriele Gunaite for her guidance and support in this process.

In the beauty awards I achieved a score of 166 out of a possible 170 which was a big shock but something that I am incredibly proud of.  Emilia looked beautiful and was the perfect model for my “City Bride” look.

I was also over the moon that the inspirational Dominic Skinner, one of the judges on the BBC’s Glow Up television program, was one of the judges of the competition. I have been in the industry for 3 years now based out of my home studio in Paignton in Devon.  I love being able to create beautiful looks for brides makeup in Devon and the surrounding areas, Prom makeup in Paignton, Torquay, Brixham or Newton Abbot.  I also provide a mobile makeup service in Torbay and the surrounding areas.
